General

How do I know you are a legitimate company? We are legally registered under Jamaica's tourist board that is owned and operated by Jamaicans. We also have our trip advisor reviews available to check out on our website.

Where do I find you once I land? After going through customs, you will be directed to walk through the double doors for exit. Bellhop staff are always on hand should you need help with your luggage. Once on the outside look out for one of our tursted tour guides who will have a welcome sign with our company logo on it.

What type of vehicles do you provide? We will always aim to provide the appropriate size vehicle, based upon the number of people in your travel group.

Are you able to stop on the way to my resort? No problem! If for any reason you would like to stop (food, grocery store, site seeing) just let us know prior to moving off from the airport and we can make that happen.

Is it possible to do a half-day tour ? Yes, it is. All our tours are private tours and are fully customizable to suit your needs.

What happens if we arrive late for a tour? Most tours offer multiple start times, so if you are a bit late to join a tour at the time you booked, we will try to book you on the next available tour that day. If you arrive late and the tour is no longer running for the day, we will offer an alternative tour.

How do I make a booking? We are currently taking bookings via our Instagram and website contact page, simply send us a message with your desired tour and all required information.

Do i need to place a deposit? Yes ! A deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. Once your booking has been made we will send you a booking confirmation/ remaining invoice balance via email.

Can I book more than one tour? Yes. You can book multiple tours at once for multiple days. You may also want to combine multiple tours to create a day package.

Do you work with travel agents? Yes, we do. If you are a travel agent looking to book with us for your client, just message us on any of our platform and we will be in touch.

I need to change my booking. What should I do? We ask you kindly let us know 24hrs in advance of any changes to your booking.

None of the tours on your website meet my needs. What are my other options? You can contact us and tell us what you’re looking for, and we will provide you with suggestions or a customized itinerary.

How can I leave a review of the tour ? To leave an honest review about your tour you can; follow us on instagram, fill out our review form on our website or search 'Kemar Good Vibes Tours ' trip Advisor.

I am planning a last-minute trip and have no idea about tours. What can I do? No worries! We would be glad to help you arrange the best tours in Jamaica. Just give us an idea of what you've seen, heard of or have in mind, and we will customize an itinerary for you and send you an invoice.

Orders

How do I place an order? Browse our products and place items into your basket. You can then proceed to checkout .

What happens once I have placed my order? Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed.

What's the best way to place an order? If you would like any of our merch before arriving in jamaica we highly recommend ordering online from our web site: it’s quick, easy and secure.

Any other ways of ordering ? We also take orders in person on the day of your tour. However only a few items and sizes may be available.

Can I track my order online? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Should you require any other status update we can happily provide this for you just let us know.

Where will my order be shipped from? Majority of our orders are shipped from United States, Canada or United Kingdom.

When will I receive my order? All times for delivery varies depending on your location. We ask that you allow up to 7 working days to receive your purchase.

Can I return an item? Items purchased online are non-refundable but are returnable just follow the shipping and returns information in your package.

Can I return an item, purchased in person? Items purchased on your tour are exchange only for a simular item.

Orders
Pricings & Payment

What form of payment do you accept for your tours? Currently we accept cash only.

What is part of your tour ? This differs from tour to tour; however, all tours include round-trip transportation, welcome drinks and an experienced driver to transfer and guide you.

Do you take deposits? No we currently do no take deposits.

Do I pay with local currency or US Dollars? You pay in US dollars.

Are entrance fees included in your tours? Yes. Entrance fees are outlined on our tour list and are calculated as part of your overall invoice.

How do you price your tours ? Tours are priced according to excursion location (transporation fee) and the number of people joining your tour. You will be required to pay your entrance fees.

Do you offer discounts if we book multiple tours including airport transfers? Yes, we offer several discounts those being; group bookings, repeat clent bookings and multi-tour bookings.

Additional people are joining my tour, can payment split between us ? No problem. Just let us know.

Pricing & Payments
Cancellations

What is your cancellation policies ? Cancellation of 3 days required for group bookings of 7 or more people, 24hrs cancellation for 6 people and under. In many cases, we offer the option to reschedule your tour however dates and driver availability may vary.

Do I have to let you know if i change my mind about my tour? Yes, if your tour is confirmed and booked in please could let us know 24hrs prior, that would be greatly appreciated.

What happens if it rains when on a tour? Canceling due to weather whist on tour is non-refundable, however we may suggest alternative excursions not affected .

What should I do if my tour cannot go ahead? In the case of an emergency either from our end or yours, we will rebook your tour at the earliest slot available.

What if my tour guide cancels? If for any reason your tour guide cancels, we will arrange for a new guide same day however your excursion times will need to be re-arranged.
